Likewise, olives collection in crop, requires a meticolous work due to the different stages it has to go through until packaging. All these stages are managed by our HACCP control, ISO 9001:2008 Quality Standards, as well as 14001:2004 Environmental Management.

This is the way we manage a rigorous quality control from the traditional manual selection of olives to strict analyses carried out along the whole manufacturing process. This is the way we achieve our target, high quality of our products in order to meet our clients needs around the world.
