Ingredients:
- Slices of bread without crust
- 2 tunafish tins
- 1 red pepper tin
- 1 lettuce
- 2 hard-boiled eggs
- 2 boiled potatoes
- Boiled peas
- Green olives
- Mayonnaise
Stuffing:
Mix the boiled potatoes cutted into little dices or mashed with a fork together with tunafish, thin cutted white from egg, some of the peas (the other part for serving), some of the olives sliced (the other part for serving), some of the peppers cutted in dices (the other part for serving), cutted lettuce and some mayonnaise (the other part for serving).
Put a layer slices of bread in a tray and half of the stuffing on top. Again a layer of bread and stuffing on top and finish with a layer of bread.
Cover the bread with mayonnaise and decorate with green olives, some red pepper strips, peas and egg yolk.
