Andalusian burgers
Ingredients:

  • 800 gr minced meat
  • 50 gr ham
  • 1 meat stock
  • 1 onion
  • 16 green olives
  • 2 big ripe tomatoes
  • flour
  • olive oil
  • salt, pepper and parsley

Stuffing:

Add salt and pepper to the minced meat and mix it together with the thin cutted onion, ham (cutted in dices)  and thin cutted olives.

Make 4 hamburgers and flour them. Fry them in a saucepan with olive oil.

With this olive oil and pan used for frying the burgers, cook the tomatoes in halves and sprinkle the meat stock and minced pasley. Serve the warm meat over the halves tomatoes.

You can also serve the burgers over toasted bread with olive oil.
