Chicken with black olives
Ingredients:

  • 3 Chicken breast
  • 6 medium potatoes
  • 3 tomatoes
  • 100 gr black olives
  • 1 bunch celery
  • 1 minced garlic clove
  • 1 teaspoon cummin and paprika
  • 1 little glass white olive
  • olive oil
  • Bay leaf and thyme

Stuffing:

Spread some olive oil in an ovenproof dish with lid.  Place  the peeled potatoes cutted into slices on bottom. Add minced celery, bay leaf, thyme and garlic.

Add the chicken breast cleaned and cutted in medium pieces and place tomato slices between layers.

Sprinkle olive slices  and add salt and pepper together with cummin and paprika. Wash down with white wine and olive oil.

Preheat oven and introduce the dish during 25 minutes at medium-high heat.

Serve warm.
