Despite the exceptional measures that have been adopted nationwide as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, we would like to inform you that ACEITUNAS TORRENT continues its business activities as normal.
In accordance with the Royal Decree Law 10/2020 of March 29 2020 regarding the continuation of food industry in this difficult period, we continue to work at our factory and offices as normal.
We are committed to the health and safety of our staff, as well as that of our business partners, suppliers and customers. For this reason, we have established an action protocol with a number of prevention and contingency measures, in accordance with instructions from the Ministry of Health, Consumer Affairs and Social Welfare of the Spanish government.
1.- Effective supervision of workers to reinforce hygiene practices.
2.- Increasing the frequency of cleaning and disinfection of all facilities.
3.- Implementation of security protocols throughout our logistics network.
4.- Daily screening to ensure that no member of staff begins the working day with symptoms of the COVID-19 virus.
5.- All external visits to our facilities are prohibited.
6. Shift working has been optimized to reduce the number of workers in our plant at any one time.
7.- Teleworking has been implemented wherever possible.
We remind you that our commercial team continues to operate normally via email, telephone and WhatsApp and we remain committed to providing our usual high level of service to customers.
Our office hours are 8am – 6pm, Monday to Friday.
As a food producer at a time of national and international emergency ACEITUNAS TORRENT is working tirelessly to continue production and meet our responsibilities to our customers.
