From the olive grove to the table
In order to taste table olives as we eat them, they must go through different production processes, through which the natural bitterness of the raw olives is eliminated.
The duration of the process that goes from the harvesting of the fruit in the field to the beginning of the preservation phase is approximately 6 months. The production process is detailed below.
